[Act 41 of 1993; 20 of 1995; 34 of 1995; 25 of 1996]An Act to provide for revised salaries for holders of offices to which Article 105 of the Constitution applies; to repeal the Constitutional Offices (Emoluments) Act, 1992; and to provide for matters connected with or incidental to the foregoing.

1. Short title and commencement

(1)This Act may be cited as the Constitutional Offices (Emoluments) Act.
(2)Section two shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 1st April, 1993.
(3)Section three shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 1st September, 1993.

2. Salary

The holder of an office specified in the first column of the Schedule shall be paid a salary at the annual rate prescribed for that office in the second column of the Schedule.[As amended by Act No. 20 of 1995 and Act No. 25 of 1996]
