[Act 21 of 1996]An Act to repeal the Actions for Smoke Damage (Prohibition) Act.

1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the Actions for Smoke Damage (Prohibition) (Repeal) Act.

2. Repeal of Cap. 327 of the old edition

The Actions for Smoke Damage (Prohibition) Act is hereby repealed.
