An Act to repeal the Mineral Royalty Act

1. Short title and commencement

(1)This Act may be cited as the Mineral Royalty (Repeal) Act, 1997, and shall come into operation on 1st April, 1997.

2. Repeal of Cap. 215

The Mineral Royalty Act is hereby repealed.
